Personality: Benni is probably the most serious pokemon that Veronica has on her team, he is completely devoted to training and rules, so much so that Ronnie also leaves him when off stealing or doing other schemes as it's obvious that the growlithe is very uncomfortable with the idea. Benedick is, much like Adelaide, very loyal to Veronica. As the first pokemon Ronnie ever gained herself, she and Benedick have grown very close since their first meeting. As a natural leader he often tries to take charge of the rest of the pokemon on his team, leading him to clash with Adelaide many times.

History: Around early October while Veronica and Adelaide were searching for a pumpkin to bring home for carving purposes, the ran into a growlithe who had seemingly gotten lost. Ronnie and the puppy pokemon immediately grew attached to each other, and Veronica found herself bringing a new family member home with her, much to Adelaide's disapproval. Adelaide and Benedick immediately grew to loathe each other, Addy's fun-loving and mischievous nature clashing badly with Benni's serious, rule-abiding beliefs. The fact that the purrloin was Ronnie's starter and that growlithe's were her favorite pokemon did not help in the least. When other pokemon began to join the team, Adelaide and Benedick soon began fighting over which of the two would take charge, getting so bad that Veronica eventually decided to split the two into two different teams.
